Temperatures on the controller are shown in Celsius.
The heating element inside the domes can be set to 90c (194f).
The heating element inside the PEMF mat can be set to 80c (176f).
The air temperature inside the Energy Sauna will reach approximately 65c, which is hotter than a traditional cabin infrared sauna.

EMFs & Electric Fields

EMFs: In its default setting with the PEMF turned off, EMF levels are reduced to zero via faraday shielding around the infrared heating element. With the PEMF turned on, a magnetic field is produced which can be set with a frequency between 1-Hz to 30Hz, which is in sync with the Earth's natural magnetic field.
Electric Fields: All appliances that run on electricity will produce an electric field (this is how electricity moves). The Energy Sauna produces an ultra low electric field that is about the equivalent of a bedside lamp at between 100V/m to 300V/m.

We use a specialty delivery partner (SEKO) for Energy Sauna deliveries.
Transit times with SEKO are 3-5 business days on average.
Once your delivery with SEKO has arrived to the local delivery depot for your area, SEKO will contact you directly via phone to arrange a delivery day/time that suits you.
When your Energy Sauna is delivered to you, we recommend have two people available to help you unbox the Energy Sauna.
Once unboxed, the Energy Sauna is easy to setup and pack away with just one person.

Returns & Refunds

Before your order has shipped, you may request a cancellation and a full refund.
After your order has shipped, we have a 30 day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.
You may request to make a return via the Contact Us page on this website and a return shipping label will be emailed to you.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, which will be equal to the cost of transport.

Your purchase is covered by a 5-year warranty period.

Lifetime Trade-In Policy

If there is a fault with your Energy Sauna after the 5-year warranty period, you may trade it in for a 50% discount on a new Energy Sauna.
